For her fall collection, “High on Rebellion,” McCall wowed us with dresses, blouses, high-waisted mini-skirts, and zippered leggings with names like “Ghost Dance” and “Rock and Roll Suicide.” She channels the ’60s with shift dresses that have patent leather panels and cut-away backs, and heavy viscose knits with faux lace-up jacquard features.
